I absolutely love Bucked Up Bamf! I usually use it for a pick me up for a long shift as a cashier, especially since we must lift heavy items as a major job function. After downing 20 oz. with a sampler packet I got, it left me energized through the entire day! I loved it so much I got a tub of it and a tub of Mother Bucker from Vitamin Shoppe near me! As a plus I felt that the deer antler velvet made my aches and pains less noticable, so I would say it definitely is a benefit.
