For this being the first non-stim pre-workout I've ever taken, I was skeptical. Needless to say, this has helped me slowly remove caffeine from my diet; No late day crash, no migraines from lowering my caffeine intake, no jitters. This stuff is awesome. Tastes great and doesn't leave much residue behind if you mix it well. I get a great pump off of this with no crash, you get a little bit tingly but in the best way. I was very skeptical when it came to ordering this pre workout. But I have heard so many great things. When I saw it was on sale for literally half price I said I had to get it! This is by far my favorite preworkout! I get an amazing pump, and such a better intense work out in general. They killed the flavoring on this pre workout its so good I wish I could drink it all day. Been using the Swole Whip preworkout for about a week now (not new to the preworkout game) and I just have to say this is THE BEST tasting flavor out there. I have tried 3 different flavors from this brand, but this one takes the cake. Performance wise, it does the job well. I was accidentally sent the wrong flavor first, but customer service responded super quickly and did not hesitate to send me the correct flavor! Pump n Grind is my favorite flavor, but I love all their products! Bucked up is a great company for both their products and quick and efficient customer service!! Amazing focus, stamina, and pump when it kicks in. Always feel like I get more out of my workout and once done I'm just exhausted from going hard. Jungle Juice has by far been the best flavor I've tried. Love this product. I took Redrum before bucked up and my focus is insanely better with BAMF. Top quality, would easily order again. I didnt think I was going to like the flavor, but the vanilla was very subdued and I love it!<p>Flavor Ordered - Pineapple- mango- vanilla</p><p>How well did it work? - 10/10 recommend. Focus was so solid, I hit two PRs. Tingles hit immediately. woke me up and I felt like I could go for another hour.</p>
