What does UGC mean?

UGC stands for User Generated Content. UGC is content created by individuals, not the brand, and shared publicly online.

How do I receive my FREE OG sample kit?

Once you complete the rank up tasks and become a 1 Star Ambassador you will receive an email that includes a link to our website where you can order an OG sampler pack completely FREE.

WHEN do I receive the commission I earned?

Store credit is issued on the 5th of every month for the previous month's earnings, & PayPal payments are sent out on the 15th of every month for the previous month's earnings. If the 5th or the 15th lands on a weekend, you'll get paid the following Monday.

HOW do I receive the commission I earned?

When you get approved, our system automatically sets your payout as Store Credit. If you want to be paid via PayPal, you must manually update it on the ambassador dashboard. Please follow the steps below to update your payout method.

1. To update your payout method you will need to login to your account on buckedup.com.

2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner.

3. Select the "Payment Information" tab and scroll down to where it says "Payment Method". In the "Account" box this is where you enter your PayPal email. (If you prefer store credit leave this blank) 

4. Select your "Payment Type". This NEEDS to be updated/changed on a desktop computer,or you WILL NOT be able to select it.

Reminder: if you earn less than $25 throughout the month you can ONLY be paid via store credit. If you earn more than $25 you can be paid via PayPal. If you are eligible for PayPal, we will give you a 10% bonus if you choose to be paid via store credit instead.‍

How do I create my Ambassador Promo Code?

Head to the APP and make sure you are on the HOME page. Scroll down & click “STEP 1”, If it doesn’t save that means the code may be in use by another ambassador.  We require your ambassador code to be personalized to you, by having at least one of the following:

•we also require a number

How do I change my Ambassador Promo Code?

Unfortunately you can not change your promo code yourself, you will need to email us to get it changed.

My 50% off code isn't working?

• There are a few reasons your code may not be working
• Your code has expired. Your 50% off code expires 30 DAYS after it’s received.
• You already used it once. Your 50% off code is a ONE-TIME use code.
• You are not logged into your customer account. You have to be logged into your customer account to use your 50% off code.
• Some products are excluded from the 50% off discount. Your 50% off code does not work on Energy Drinks, Stacks, Buck Feed and 20 serving pre-workout.

Why isn't my store credit applying?

To use your store credit you have to login as a customer on buckedup.com. Your store credit will automatically apply at the final stage of the checkout process AFTER you enter your shipping address, choose your shipping method, and select your payment type. The button in the app does not work at the moment.

Can promo codes be stacked?

No promo codes cannot be stacked.

Does my custom ambassador code work on all products?

No, your ambassador code does not work on Energy Drinks or Lightly Carbonated Protein Soda

How do I film my UGC video through Vocal Video?

Once you receive your FREE OG Sample Kit you will receive an email with a link to a platform called “Vocal Video”. This is where you will be able to easily film and submit your UGC (User Generated Content) Video with step-by-step instructions.

What is the difference between my UGC video through Vocal Video and the 5 UGC content pieces for ads?

The UGC video through Vocal Video is specifically to promote the Free OG sampler. We will have you follow the prompts on Vocal Video to answer some questions about the FREE OG Sampler & we will choose the best videos to be used in Bucked Up ads. The 5 UGC content pieces can be any type of content (high resolution photo, IG Reel, TikTok video, etc.) that features a Bucked Up product in them. Please make sure the content DOES NOT have any watermarks, promo codes or logos from other brands, so that we can use the content to feature you on one of our social media accounts or in a Bucked Up ad. Pro-Tip: Think of this as an opportunity to stand out. Our team will carefully review all of the UGC submitted and reach out to ambassadors that are creating the best content for future campaigns.

What type of content do we look for when we repost?

We love to see your own unique takes and ideas, but we believe it can still be done in a way that isn't flashy, inappropriate, or derogatory. Some things our team looks for on reposts are:

1. A Bucked Up product in the shot
2. An ambassador wearing Bucked Up
3. Natural posing in a natural environment
4. Good lighting
5. Appropriate and positive

Can I promote Babe by Bucked Up?

Yes! As a Bucked up ambassador you can promote Bucked Up products and Babe by Bucked Up Products! 

New Commission Structure

If you were an ambassador prior to May 1st, 2025, you will still receive 20% commission until December 31st 2025. Starting January 1st, 2026, you will move to our new commission structure which means, if you are a currently a 1-star ambassador you will earn 10%, current 2 star ambassadors will receive 15%, and current 3, 4 and 5 star ambassadors will stay at 20% commission.

We have simplified our rank requirements to make it easier for you to rank up and become a 3 star ambassador by the end of the year.
