WHEN do I receive the commission I earned?
Store credit is issued on the 5th of every month for the previous month's earnings, & PayPal payments are sent out on the 15th of every month for the previous month's earnings. If the 5th or the 15th lands on a weekend you'll get paid the following monday.
HOW do I receive the commission I earned?
When you get approved, our system automatically sets your payout as Store Credit. If you want to be paid via PayPal, you have to manually update it on the ambassador dashboard. Please follow the steps below to update your payout method.
1. To update your payout method you will need to login to your account on buckedup.com.
2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner.
3. Select the "Payment Information" tab and scroll down to where it says "Payment Method". In the "Account" box this is where you enter your PayPal email. (If you prefer store credit leave this blank)
4. Select your "Payment Type". This NEEDS to be updated/changed on a desktop computer,or you WILL NOT be able to select it.
Reminder: if you earn less than $25 throughout the month you can ONLY be paid via store credit. If you earn more than $25 you can be paid via PayPal. If you are eligible for PayPal, we will give you a 10% bonus if you choose to be paid via store credit instead.
How do I create my Ambassador Promo Code?
• Head to the APP and make sure you are on the HOME page. Scroll down & click “STEP 1”, If it doesn’t save that means the code may be in use by another ambassador. We require your ambassador code to be personalized to you, by having at least one of the following:
•First name
•Last name
•Initials
•we also require a number
How do I change my Ambassador Promo Code?
Unfortunately you can not change your promo code yourself, you will need to email us to get it changed.

My 50% off code isn't working?
• There are a few reasons your code may not be working
• Your code has expired. Your 50% off code expires 30 DAYS after it’s received.
• You already used it once. Your 50% off code is a ONE-TIME use code.
• You are not logged into your customer account. You have to be logged into your customer account to use your 50% off code.
• Some products are excluded from the 50% off discount. Your 50% off code does not work on Energy Drinks, Stacks, Buck Feed and 20 serving pre-workout.
Why isn't my store credit applying?
To use your store credit you have to login as a customer on buckedup.com. Your store credit will automatically apply at the final stage of the checkout process AFTER you enter your shipping address, choose your shipping method, and select your payment type. The button in the app does not work at the moment.
How do I prove my in-store purchase for my 2 STAR rank up?
For the In-store purchase rank up you need to purchase a full sized product from Walmart, GNC, Vitamin shoppe... etc, It cannot be from our website or any of our retail stores. A full sized product is considered a pre-workout, pump, protein, bcaa... etc & it cannot be a case of energy drinks, or a single can. Then email a picture of your receipt to receipts@buckedup.com. This is also a one time 50% reimbursement for one product.
How do I prove my in-store purchase for my 3 STAR rank up?
For the energy drink rank up you need to go to walmart.com and purchase 3 cans of Bucked Up energy drinks. AFTER the drinks have arrived you need to go back on to Walmart.com and write a review. Then email a screenshot of that review to receipts@buckedup.com. Also include a copy of your receipt & we will reimburse you 100% for 3 Energy Drinks via Bucked Up store credit.
