How do I create my Ambassador Promo Code?

Open the Bucked Up Ambassador App and make sure you are on the Home page. Scroll down and click “Step 1.”

Your promo code must include at least one of the following:

• First name
• Last name
• Initials

Your code must also include a number.

If you receive an error message while saving your code, it likely means the code is already being used by another ambassador.

How do I change my Ambassador Promo Code?

Promo codes cannot be changed directly in the app. Please email us at:

What discount does my Ambassador Promo Code give?

Your ambassador code gives customers 20% off all products on buckedup.com.

Does my custom ambassador code work on all products?

Yes. Your ambassador code provides a 20% discount sitewide.

Can promo codes be stacked?

No. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Why am I not seeing commission from a sale?

You must become a 1-Star Ambassador before you are eligible to earn commission.

To unlock commission:
2. Complete the lessons in the LEARN tab of the app
1. Get 10 people to click your store link

Do I earn commission on drinks?

Yes. Ambassadors earn 10% commission on canned drinks.

When do I get paid?

Commission payouts are sent monthly for the previous month’s earnings.

• Store Credit: Issued on the 5th of each month
• PayPal Payments: Sent on the 15th of each month

If either date falls on a weekend, payments will be sent the following Monday.

How do I receive my commission?

By default, all ambassadors are set up to receive payouts as store credit.

To switch to PayPal:

1. Log in to your account at buckedup.com
2. Click My Account
3. Open the My Profile tab
4. Enter your PayPal email under Payout Email
5. Change your Payout Method to PayPal
6. Click Save

Important:
‍
• If you earn less than $25 in a month, payment can only be issued as store credit

• If you qualify for PayPal but choose store credit instead, you will receive a 10% bonus

Why isn’t my store credit applying?

To use your store credit:
‍
1. Log into your account on buckedup.com
2. Proceed through checkout normally

Your store credit will automatically apply during the final checkout step after:

• Entering your shipping address
• Selecting shipping
• Choosing your payment method

Please note: the store credit button inside the app is currently not working.

Where do I find my store link?

Open the Bucked Up Ambassador App and click the three lines in the top-left corner.

Select “My Store Link” and click the link icon to copy it.

Your store link automatically applies your ambassador code, giving customers 20% off while tracking your commission.

Are there tracking links for specific products?

Yes.

In the app:
‍
1. Go to the SHARE section
2. Select the product you want to promote
3. Click the link icon to copy your tracking link

These links take customers directly to the product page and automatically apply your ambassador code.

Do tracking links use cookies?

Yes. Tracking links use a 30-day cookie.

If someone clicks your link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will still earn commission.

Can I download and share images from the app?

Yes. The SHARE section includes downloadable “Shareable Images” you can post on social media.

We regularly add new images for product launches and promotions.

What does UGC mean?

UGC stands for User Generated Content.

This includes photos, videos, reels, TikToks, or other content created by ambassadors featuring Bucked Up products.

What does “5 UGC content pieces” mean?

UGC submissions can include:

• Photos
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok videos
• Other high-quality content featuring Bucked Up products

To qualify:

• Must show a Bucked Up product
• No watermarks
• No promo codes on screen
• No logos from other brands

Strong UGC may be featured on Bucked Up social channels or used in future advertising campaigns.

Files that are incorrectly named may not receive credit.

Why hasn’t my UGC been marked complete in the app?

Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to review and approve your submission.

Can I post the same content I submit for UGC credit?

Yes. You are encouraged to post your UGC on your own social media accounts as well.

What type of content does Bucked Up repost?

We love creative and authentic content that aligns with the Bucked Up brand.

Our team typically looks for:

• A Bucked Up product clearly visible
• Ambassadors wearing Bucked Up apparel
• Natural environments and posing
• Good lighting and video quality
• Positive and appropriate content

Can I promote Babe by Bucked Up products?

Absolutely. All Bucked Up ambassadors can promote both:

• Bucked Up products
• Babe by Bucked Up products

Why isn’t my 50% off code working?

Here are the most common reasons:

• The code has expired (codes expire after 30 days)
• The code has already been used
• You are not logged into your customer account
• The item is excluded from the promotion

• Buck Feed
• 20-serving pre-workouts

New Commission Structure

If you became an ambassador before May 1, 2025, you will continue earning 20% commission.

Beginning January 1, 2026:

• 1-Star Ambassadors earn 10% commission
• 2-Star Ambassadors earn 15% commission
• 3–5 Star Ambassadors earn 20% commission

Please note:

• Ambassadors do not earn commission on personal purchases made using their own code

How do I update my social media accounts, address, etc. on my ambassador account?

1. Log in to your account at buckedup.com
2. Click My Account
3. Open the My Profile tab
